Asana – 45 hrs
Categories: standing, backbends, hip openers, twists, inversions, and forward folds
Safe alignment, intelligent modifications, and partner feedback
Thematic sequences informed by energy centers (chakras) and their corresponding emotional-mental patterns

Pranayama & Breathwork – 15 hrs
Foundational breath techniques (ujjayi, nadi shodhana, bhramari, kapalabhati)

This section bridges the science of movement with the deeper listening of the body’s signals. Students learn how anatomy supports energy flow, emotional expression, and long-term wellness.
Musculoskeletal System – 15 hrs
Bones, joints, fascia, and major muscle groups
Preventing injury, building strength safely, body mechanics in key poses
Energetic considerations in physical form (e.g., hips and stored emotion, throat and expression)
Physiology & Biomechanics – 10 hrs
Nervous system regulation through movement and breath
Digestion, endocrine and stress response systems
How yoga improves somatic literacy and resilience
Application Workshops – 5 hrs

History & Texts – 10 hrs
Evolution of yoga: Vedas to modern lineages
Introduction to the Yoga Sutras, Bhagavad Gita, and Hatha Yoga Pradipika
Chakra philosophy in the context of yoga texts and tantra (non-dual lens)
Philosophy & Ethics – 10 hrs
Yamas and niyamas as keys to emotional clarity and personal leadership
Integrating values into teaching and practice
Exploring equity, inclusion, and conscious language in yoga
Lineage & Context – 5 hrs
Understanding how different schools of yoga emerged
Honoring tradition while staying relevant to the contemporary student
How the chakra model integrates with body-based wisdom traditions globally
Ethical Commitment & Cultural Equity – 5 hrs
Scope of practice, honoring roots, teacher-student relationships
Boundaries, trauma sensitivity, accessibility

This portion focuses on developing authentic voice, refining teaching presence, and crafting transformative yoga experiences—on and off the mat.

Intuitive and logical sequencing: arc, rhythm, energy theme
Cueing from anatomy + intention
Teaching with presence, grounding, and emotional intelligence
Practicum / Teaching Labs – 20 hrs
Peer teaching in themed sessions (chakra-based, intention-based, seasonal)
Observing and assisting under feedback
Leading a short final “signature class” as capstone
Business Skills & Professionalism – 10 hrs
Building an ethical and aligned teaching path
Creating offers: classes, workshops, retreats
Navigating certifications, insurance, marketing, and Yoga Alliance registration

Teaching Practicum (10 hrs)
Lead live, chakra-informed yoga sessions with peer and trainer feedback.
Develop and deliver a short “Signature Class” as your teaching capstone.
Practice verbal cueing, presence, grounding, and reading the energy of a room.
Includes observation, assisting, and group reflection circles.
Final Written Exam + Personal Reflection (2 hrs)

Teaching methodology & professionalism
Integration & Closing Ceremony (3 hrs)
Sacred space to process your transformation.
Chakra meditation for integration, journaling prompts, group sharing.
Certificate ceremony + pathway forward as a practitioner or teacher.
Registered with Yoga Alliance upon completion (RYT-200).
Able to sequence full classes with alignment, breathwork, and intention.
Trained in cueing, space holding, modifications, and inclusive language.
Prepared to teach in studios, online, one-on-one, or in wellness settings.
Learn the psychological, energetic, and physical expressions of each chakra.
Sequence and teach chakra-informed classes that promote balance and healing.
Use the chakra system to identify personal patterns and support others through them.
Explore how breath, sound, movement, and meditation awaken each center.
