She helps leaders gain clarity, strengthen structure, improve interpersonal skills, and build self-belief — while guiding individuals and teams toward holistic wellness.

With over 18 years of experience in coaching and healing arts, Ania combines executive coaching, mindfulness, and transformative practices to create measurable growth for both people and organizations.
