Active Ageless Fitness was designed for adults 65+ who want to improve balance, build strength, reduce stiffness, and enjoy a healthier, more active lifestyle using the Mindful Longevity Method. Each class uses safe, low-impact exercises to support joint health, fall prevention, and functional mobility. The program gives older adults the tools they need to stay independent, confident, and energized – all within a warm, welcoming studio environment.

(AAF) Strength & Conditioning Circuits
with Ania
Build strength, stamina, and confidence in this dynamic yet approachable 30-minute circuit class. Designed especially for active adults 65+ (everyone can attend) this session combines low-impact functional movements with light weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises to target every major muscle group. The circuits are simple, safe, and effective – helping you maintain bone health, improve balance, and increase everyday energy. With upbeat guidance and supportive pacing, you’ll leave feeling stronger, steadier, and proud of what your body can do.

Discover the perfect blend of gentle stretching and balance work designed to keep your body strong, mobile, and confident at every age. This 30-minute class is part of our Active Ageless Fitness series, created specifically with adults 65+ in mind – but open to anyone who values mindful movement. Through guided stretches, postural alignment, and fun balance exercises, you’ll improve flexibility, stability, and overall body awareness. Each session is uplifting, supportive, and tailored to meet you where you are, helping you feel energized, steady, and empowered in daily life.

with Ania
A gentle and supportive yoga class designed for adults 65+ who want to move safely and comfortably. Using a chair for stability, you’ll practice slow stretches, mindful movement, and breathing exercises that improve flexibility, joint mobility, balance, and circulation. This calming practice helps relax the body, clear the mind, and leave you feeling refreshed, steady, and more connected.

Absolutely. Active Ageless Fitness is designed specifically for adults 65+ and uses gentle, low-impact movements that protect your joints while improving mobility and strength. Every exercise can be modified to your comfort level, and you’re encouraged to move at your own pace.
Do I need any previous fitness or yoga experience?
No experience needed. This program is perfect for beginners. Each class is simple, clear, and guided step-by-step. You’ll never feel rushed or left behind – the pace, coaching, and environment are all tailored for older adults.
What results can I expect from the program
Most participants notice improvements in balance, stability, mobility, and overall confidence within just a few weeks. Many also report reduced stiffness, better posture, increased energy, and feeling safer and stronger in their daily movements.
What should I bring to class and what should I wear
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily and supportive shoes. Bring a water bottle and, if you’d like, a towel. We provide all equipment needed — mats, blocks, straps, and chairs for support. Just show up and we’ll take care of the rest
