A Note from Ania
When I created Mindful Way Studio, my vision was to offer more than a place to move, I wanted to create a sanctuary for transformation. As a coach, guide, and lifelong student of healing, I’ve seen how mindful movement, breathwork, and emotional awareness can shift not only the body but the entire way we live and lead.
Here in Mokena, my heart is to welcome women, professionals, and families into a space where strength meets serenity, and where wellness is approached as a full-circle journey. Wear comfortable, breathable clothing that allows you to move freely. For yoga and Pilates, stretchy and fitted attire works best. For Zumba or other active classes, athletic wear and supportive footwear are recommended.

Not at all! Our yoga and Pilates classes are designed to accommodate all levels, from complete beginners to seasoned practitioners. Our instructors provide modifications and guidance to ensure everyone feels comfortable and supported. Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or deepening an existing practice, we’re here to help you progress at your own pace. Come as you are—our welcoming community is here to support you!
Bring a water bottle, a towel if you’d like, and an open mind ready for relaxation and growth. If you have your own yoga mat or props that you prefer, feel free to bring them, but we also have everything you need at the studio.
Our classes are intentionally kept small, with a maximum of 10 participants, to ensure personalized attention and a welcoming, community-oriented experience.
You’re welcome to drop in for a single class, but we recommend booking in advance to secure your spot, as our class sizes are intentionally small. You can easily reserve a spot online or by calling the studio.
