At Mindful Way Studio, yoga is practiced with intention. Classes are thoughtfully designed to cultivate strength, mobility, breath awareness, and inner clarity, while respecting the body’s natural rhythms and personal boundaries. Whether you are new to yoga or returning to deepen your practice, our classes invite you to move with intelligence, curiosity, and self-trust.
Gentle Yoga & Relaxation
with Marcia
This 60 minute class provides deep stretching to release stress or tension that is trapped in your body. The poses (asanas) are held for 3-5 minutes. The longer poses are held, the more benefits you receive. After creating space in your body, it is time to relax. Holding restorative asanas for 5-7 minutes allows your body to completely release and your mind to unwind. This is your time and it is all about your comfort. Essential oils are included in this offering, as well as any props you may need. All you need to bring is YOU!

Absolutely. Active Ageless Fitness is designed specifically for adults 65+ and uses gentle, low-impact movements that protect your joints while improving mobility and strength. Every exercise can be modified to your comfort level, and you’re encouraged to move at your own pace.
Do I need any previous fitness or yoga experience?
No experience needed. This program is perfect for beginners. Each class is simple, clear, and guided step-by-step. You’ll never feel rushed or left behind – the pace, coaching, and environment are all tailored for older adults.
What results can I expect from the program

What should I bring to class and what should I wear
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily and supportive shoes. Bring a water bottle and, if you’d like, a towel. We provide all equipment needed — mats, blocks, straps, and chairs for support. Just show up and we’ll take care of the rest
