I am a licensed massage therapist for over 20 years

My passion and specization is work on the head, face, neck and jaw. I struggled myself with TMJ discomfort and I searched for the best approaches to heal it. There is no better way of approaching it than using multiple techniques, including myofascial work, stretches, intraoral massage, craniosacral therapy aligned with your daily choices. 

When we start working together, we start with a gentle way of brining a little more movement and releasing inflammation first. Each session progressively builds on the last one, each time we work deeper.
