Embodiment & Flow

Dance and Release is a unique form of expressive arts that combines the innate wisdom of the body with the mindful awareness of the mind. This open-floor movement practice invites you to connect deeply with your inner self through dynamic rhythms and free-flowing movement. Through active shaking, intuitive dance, and moving to vibrant beats, you’ll release stress, activate your vagus nerve, and transition your nervous system into a state of deep relaxation.

As your body moves and flows, this practice naturally stimulates the release of “happy hormones” like endorphins, leaving you feeling rejuvenated and uplifted. Whether you’re looking to shed emotional blocks, reset your system, or simply find joy in movement, Dance and Release is your sanctuary to let go, tune in, and feel fully alive.

Join us every Sunday for this transformative experience and discover how movement can be your pathway to inner freedom and balance. No dance experience is necessary—just bring your authentic self and let the rhythm guide you.

Our Approach

We hold space with the utmost care, integrity, and respect. With years of training in somatic modalities, mindfulness, and expressive arts, we guide each session with attuned presence and an understanding of the body’s wisdom.

I’m a Certified FOAT Facilitator through Focusing-Oriented Expressive Arts Institute since 2017, a mindfulness-based approach developed by Dr. Laury Rappaport that integrates renowned psychologist and philosopher Eugene Gendlin’s Focusing with the expressive arts.

I believe healing happens when the body, mind, and spirit are in harmony, and I’m here to support your journey with compassion and full presence.
