This session begins with guided breathwork (pranayama) to anchor the mind, followed by a sequence of gentle stretches and poses aimed at releasing tension and improving flexibility.
Each pose is supported with modifications and props to ensure accessibility and comfort. The class transitions seamlessly into a slow flow, focusing on alignment, joint mobility, and gentle strengthening.
We close with a grounding savasana, incorporating mindfulness or guided meditation to foster inner peace. This holistic approach nurtures body, mind, and spirit, leaving you refreshed and centered.
