The Season of Growth is a year-long holistic wellness program designed to align your personal growth with the natural rhythms of the seasons. Rooted in emotional intelligence, this program weaves together breathwork, mindfulness, expressive arts, yoga, and nutrition to nurture your emotional and mental well-being.
Each season focuses on specific themes such as building self-awareness, deepening connections, enhancing emotional resilience, managing stress, and cultivating happiness. By harmonizing with the energy of the seasons, this program integrates practical wellness practices that foster physical vitality, emotional balance, and a sense of purpose.
Nutrition is an integral part of the journey, offering guidance tailored to each season’s unique energy, supporting your body’s natural needs, and enhancing the themes we explore.
The program kicks off each month with a 2-hour gathering at Mindful Way Studio, with options to join in person or online. These gatherings set the tone for the month, providing inspiration, tools, and connection as you navigate the journey of growth and renewal throughout the year.
