Each 90-minute session is designed to help you release tension, reconnect with your inner calm, and build resilience. Through a blend of gentle stretching, guided relaxation, stress relief tools, and mindful journaling, you’ll learn practical techniques to manage stress and shift from negativity to positivity.

What to Expect in 90-min session?

Introduction (10 Minutes)

Welcome and brief discussion on the day’s focus (e.g., reframing thoughts, building resilience, etc.).

Mindful check-in: Participants reflect on their current stress levels and feelings.

Gentle Stretching and Movement (15 Minutes) Slow, guided stretches to release physical tension. Movements designed to relax the body and open up the mind.

Guided Relaxation and Stress Relief Techniques (20 Minutes)

Breathing exercises to calm the nervous system.

Visualization techniques to promote relaxation.

Conversation and Stress Management Tools (20 Minutes)

Group discussion on common stressors.

Introduction of practical tools (e.g., reframing negative thoughts, mindfulness exercises, or gratitude practices).

Journaling and Emotional Release (15 Minutes)

Guided journaling prompts:

“What is weighing on me today?”

“What can I let go of?”

“How can I reframe this situation?”

Opportunity to share insights 

Closing and Resilience Building (10 Minutes)

Short mindfulness practice or affirmations to solidify positive shifts.

Setting intentions for the week ahead.

Our Approach

We hold space with the utmost care, integrity, and respect. With years of training in somatic modalities, mindfulness, and expressive arts, we guide each session with attuned presence and an understanding of the body’s wisdom.

I’m a Certified FOAT Facilitator through Focusing-Oriented Expressive Arts Institute since 2017, a mindfulness-based approach developed by Dr. Laury Rappaport that integrates renowned psychologist and philosopher Eugene Gendlin’s Focusing with the expressive arts.

I believe healing happens when the body, mind, and spirit are in harmony, and I’m here to support your journey with compassion and full presence.
