This spring – Find Your Center…
As the seasons shift, your body and mind may be asking for the same thing the earth is doing: softening, awakening, and returning to center.
“Renew + Recenter” is a 2.5-hour guided mandala painting class designed to gently reconnect you with your inner rhythm through simple, mindful mark-making on canvas. Using earthy acrylics, primitive brushstrokes, and intuitive flow, we’ll create mandalas-circular, sacred patterns-that invite balance and self-awareness back into your space.
No art experience is necessary. Just bring yourself, your breath, and your willingness to slow down.
Art isn’t about creating a perfect piece- it’s about allowing yourself to be in the process, stepping into your thoughts, feelings and goals. You’ll be guided through an expressive process where your hands move freely, your thoughts quiet down, and your nervous system has a chance to settle.
Let each brushstroke remind you that healing doesn’t have to be hard-and presence is your greatest masterpiece.
