Living a Fulfilled Life

Most of the people live in a unconscious and automatic manner. The brain is used to this pattern because it preserves the energy in that way. It rarely gives a long term satisfaction and happiness. Living in that way, often involves repetition of the old and limited behaviors. Living a fulfilled life is connected to looking inwards, connecting with the life purpose and creating new vision of life. It requires a change, letting go of the old habits, creating new neuropathways that will suport the transformation. 

Designing Life

Designing Life involves deep conversations about Body, Mind and Belief System. It involves the assessment of the aspects of life, including Appearance, Career, Family/ Friends, Finances, Romance/Intimacy, Health/ Self-care, Social, Personal and Spiritual Development and Physical Development; as well as core values and purpose. Based on the assessment, the main goals are set. Then Energetic and Mental blocks are discovered and removed. Transformation happens with strong intention and courage to take action. 

Identification of Needs

When a client is designing life, it’s fundamental to recognize the immediate needs. It could be a need for security, power and influence, achievement, performance, success, need for intimacy and connection. Without these needs met, it will be hard to achieve bigger goals as the basic needs will always bring the attention back. 

How Can Holistic Coaching could Help?

Gaining Clarity

Through conversation and assessments, a client gains clarity about different aspects of life and needs, and decides in which areas there is the biggest need for improvement and change. Many clients experience AHA moments while in self-discovery session.  

Alignment with Values, Actions and Habits

Our values work like a compass in our lives. During the conversations, a client discovers the superficial shoulds (old beliefs, parents messages, hearing echo of the voice), chosen values and the core values, that suffer, if the client is not in alignment and is not honoring the soul’s desire. By recognizing the values and aligning life and work goals with the core values, a client brings the life balance, wellness and well-being into their life. 

Life Coaching Process

Your first step is to call  and schedule your initial appointment. 

Starting with initial conversation/assessmet we will have an opportunity to gain understanding and goals.  In addition, we will be able to answer any of your questions. With your best interests in mind, you will decide together what next steps to take.

At the end of your first session, if you decide to move forward and work with Life Coach, you will be asked to schedule further appointments.
